Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (including plus-size bikinis and beach bottoms) unless the hygiene liner is intact and tags are attached.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. You can use our template below.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Manchester address using a tracked shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item.
Exchange Process
Want a different size or style? Here’s how exchanges work:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- Your new item will be shipped via your original shipping method
Note: If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear (plus-size bikinis and beach bottoms) with removed hygiene liners or tags
- Any items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
