– Available for orders over £50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our plus-size fashion and want you to love every piece you order. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Swimwear (including plus-size bikinis and beach bottoms) unless the hygiene liner is intact and all tags are attached
  • Any items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send the package to our returns address using a tracked shipping method:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
